Girişim Evi – Incubation Centre

Girişim Evi is a warm and flexible working environment designed for technology start-ups. It includes a 60-desk shared area, meeting pods, mentor rooms and a 100-person event hall. The space is free for programme participants.

What is there?

• 60 fixed desks and 20 flexible desks
• Six meeting pods and two mentor rooms
• An event hall for demo days, workshops and investor meetings
• Priority access to 3D printers and the electronics laboratory for prototyping

Start-ups that complete the programme can continue their company in Block A at a discounted rent. Companies outside the programme can use flexible desks with a monthly membership when available.

Rental information

Of the 1,800 m² of total space, 420 m² is currently vacant (77% occupancy). Unit rent is 380 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. You can use the request form or call the zone management to discuss space.
