Usage model
Equipment is reserved through an online calendar; trained users work independently and others with a laboratory technician. Hourly fees range from 350 TRY to 2,800 TRY depending on equipment type; zone companies pay about half of the market price.
Booking
Equipment reservations are made from the online calendar at least 48 hours before the day of use. For urgent test requests, the laboratory manager can be contacted; when possible, an appointment is given within the same day.
