Digital Campus

The Digital Campus is a three-building complex planned specifically for software, gaming, AI and cyber security companies. With open-plan offices, focus pods, an e-sports and podcast studio, it is designed around how developers work.

Infrastructure

• 10 Gbps symmetric fibre with a redundant connection from a second operator
• A shared data centre room and GPU test cluster (hourly use)
• A multi-purpose conference hall (200 people) and 12 meeting rooms
• A cafeteria, fitness area and childcare room

Rentable spaces vary from 45 m² to 800 m². Companies wanting to rent racks in the shared data centre room can apply to the zone management.

Rental information

Of the 9,500 m² of total space, 1,900 m² is currently vacant (80% occupancy). Unit rent is 720 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. You can use the request form or call the zone management to discuss space.
