Prototype and Manufacturing Workshop

The Prototype Workshop gives companies developing hardware, robotics, automation and defence subsystems the physical space they need to test their products before mass production. Each module has its own roller-shutter entrance and loading ramp.

• Workshop modules of 80, 160 and 400 m²; 6 m ceiling height
• Three-phase 63-160 A electricity, compressed air and exhaust lines
• A 5-tonne overhead crane and floor load capacity of 3 tonnes per m²
• A shared CNC, laser cutting and welding workshop

Workshop modules are leased for up to two years; when the product moves to mass production, the company relocates to an organised industrial zone or free zone. Noise and emission limits are stated clearly in the contract.

Rental information

Of the 2,900 m² of total space, 560 m² is currently vacant (81% occupancy). Unit rent is 540 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. You can use the request form or call the zone management to discuss space.
